Healthy Banana Bread on Repeat!
After my last doctor’s appointment, I found out my cholesterol was high, so I started looking for a healthier swap for our weekly breakfast bread. That led me to Dr. McDougall’s recipe, and it’s officially family and friend approved. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!Last week I swapped in Bing cherries instead of walnuts, and I use flaxseed as my egg replacer, too.
